Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer, permanently, working 36.25 hours per week with a salary of £33,782 - £35,894. The role will be primarily based in Newcastle, where you’ll work as part of a dedicated team committed to delivering excellent housing services. From time to time, you may also be required to travel to support the wider team across our communities, particularly in relation to new build housing delivery.

As a Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer, you would be part of a friendly, professional and customer focused team with responsibility to deliver an excellent service across all aspects of lettings and tenancy management, including issues of safeguarding and anti-social behaviour.

Having previous experience working within social housing, you will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and able to work to tight deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will have skills and experience that includes:
• Delivering an excellent service across all aspects of lettings, tenancy management, resident engagement, safeguarding and anti-social behaviour
• Maintaining accurate and timely marketing information for vacant properties
• Excellent customer care and engagement
• Meeting team targets and responding to all customer enquiries.
