Summary


We have an exciting opportunity for  a part-timeBand6Physiotherapist to work within thePhysiotherapy Musculoskeletal Outpatient departmentatUniversityHospitals Bristol andWeston (UHBW). The post involves both 1-1 and group work. The post will be basedatWeston General Hospital and the post holder will work as part of awelcoming,inspiringandsupportivephysiotherapyteam.





The post holderwillmanage a varied and complex caseload of patientswithmusculoskeletalhealthproblems. They will treat patients both on a 1-1 basis and within groups.There will be opportunity toparticipateinservice developmentand collaboration within MSK across Bristol and Weston sites.


In service training programmes and staff appraisal systems are in operation tofacilitatedevelopmentandto meet the demands of the post.You will have access to regular supervision with the team leadandsupport from the MSK Pathway Lead.Thepost holderwill support delivery of a high quality, evidence-basedand responsive service.


The post holdershould be an inspiring,innovativeand highlymotivatedphysiotherapist with advanced skills in the assessment and treatment of a range of complex patients.They will be naturally empathetic,demonstratinggood communicationskills tofacilitateclose working relationships with both patients and colleagues.They will need to be creative and flexible to meet the changing needs of the caseload and service.We are looking for a driven individual who is confident to challenge current practice and ensure that our patients receive up-to-date evidence-based treatments.
