We’re looking for a Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join our Bedded Rehabilitation Unit at Finchley Memorial Hospital – Marjory Warren Ward.


This is a rewarding role where you’ll work with patients with complex and urgent rehabilitation needs, supporting them to regain independence and achieve meaningful outcomes. You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team where your clinical reasoning and creativity will make a real difference every day.

In this role, you will:
• Deliverholistic occupational therapy assessments and interventions for a varied and complex caseload
• Support patients with rehabilitation goals, focusing on independence and safe discharge planning
• Use yourclinical reasoning and creativity to develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centred care
• Providesupervision, teaching and support to junior therapists, students and support staff
• Contribute toservice development, audit and quality improvement initiatives
• Promote and embedevidence-based practice within the team
