KPSS are looking for a Service Manager to lead our community care teams through an exciting period of change, through innovative practice and high-quality service delivery. You will enable and promote positive and productive team environments and cultures for all staff. You will lead and develop our community care employees to successfully deliver service outcomes whilst maintaining operational quality and continuous improvement of services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of support services to clients within the community.
- Ensure services are tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of clients.
- Implement and evaluate care plans.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address and concerns or feedback.
- Provide leadership and guidance to support workers, fostering a positive team culture.
- Conduct supervisions, performance reviews, appraisals, and probationary reviews and offer ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and Care Inspectorate standards.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and their families.
- Take the lead on our business strategy with an emphasis on improving and growing KPSS.
Skills and Experience:
- A relevant qualification in health and social care management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Managerial experience within domiciliary care setting.
- Experience of managing self-directed care packages.
- Proven track record in growing a domiciliary care service.
- Experience of relevant Care Inspectorate regulations and legislation.
