Summary
Specialist Education & Care Assistant
08:30-15:30 | SEN School
You will support pupils with complex needs through structured education and essential daily routines.
Your responsibilities:
• Supporting EHCP‑led learning
• Helping with communication and emotional regulation
• Providing personal care when needed
• Working closely with staff teams across education and therapy
• Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
• Full driving licence
• GCSEs A-C (or equivalent)
• Compassion, patience, and resilience
