We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Rugby.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble metal components to build storage cabinets and drawers
• Use handheld tools safely and effectively during the assembly process
• Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards before dispatch
• Handle and move materials within the warehouse
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• A hands-on approach with good attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to carry out manual handling tasks

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience in an assembly operative or similar role, who are confident using a range of handheld tools. You should be comfortable with manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving moderately heavy items. A good level of written and spoken English is essential, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Due to the location and shift start times, having your own transport is preferred.

The pay is £13.00 an hour.
Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
