Summary

Join a well-established local practice with a thriving Residential Conveyancing department, where you’ll take ownership of your own caseload while working within a supportive and experienced team that values professional development.

In the Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor role, you will be:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, help to buy, buy to let, and equity release transactions

• Working independently, unsupervised, whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery

• Using a case management system to progress files efficiently and accurately

• Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process

To be successful in the Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor, you will need:

• At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

• Experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent fee earner

• The ability to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently

• Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills

• Experience using a case management system
