Summary

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: 16 hours per week within our normal office hours of 9.30 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (hours to be arranged once candidate is successful).
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part Time

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day running of our charity.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage correspondence, phone calls, email and post
• Office cleaning duties - you will be responsible for reporting maintenance, upkeep of office, polishing, hoovering and the disposing office waste.
• Working both independently and alongside team members

What We’re Looking For
• Hard working, reliable, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills – confident and professional when dealing with colleagues, members, and visitors (written and verbal)
• Good attention to detail - accurate with documents, data entry, and record‑keeping
• Good computer skills – competent with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and office systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team – flexible and cooperative in a shared office environment
• Confidentiality and discretion – handles sensitive information appropriately
• Knowledge of GDPR, safeguarding, and health and safety is an advantage, but extra training will be given.
