About the Service

This is a specialist nursing-led home supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and associated complex care needs. Most residents are living with long‑term, life‑changing conditions.

The focus is high‑quality, stable, long‑term clinical support aimed at maintaining health, preventing hospital admissions, and ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.

Each person receives dedicated support with specialist clinical procedures, alongside access to on‑site clinical equipment. This creates an excellent environment for Support Workers who are genuinely interested in the clinical side of care and want to develop their skills in complex needs.

The Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering safe, consistent, and compassionate care. You will:

Monitor the people we support, responding calmly and professionally to any changes or emergencies.
Support with personal care, repositioning, and comfort.
Complete accurate records and follow individual care plans.
Work closely with the nursing team to maintain each person’s health and reduce avoidable hospital visits.
