Summary
Receptionist / Clinic Assistant – Part Time (Derby)
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist / Clinic Assistant to join a busy clinic in Derby. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Duties include:
Managing appointments and diary
Answering calls and handling enquiries
Booking and confirming appointments
Following up new patient enquiries
Greeting patients and taking payments
General reception and admin support
Hours:
Mon: 3:30pm–9:15pm
Tue: 2:30pm–6:15pm
Wed: 2:30pm–8:15pm
Thu: 2:30pm–6:15pm
Fri: 2:30pm–8:15pm
(Overtime available)
Requirements:
Friendly, professional and organised
Confident communicator
Reliable and proactive team player
Previous reception/customer service experience preferred but not essential. Full training provided.
