Duties as a MOT Tester:
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with statutory requirements and regulations
- Assist with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and tests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the workshop
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining findings and making recommendations
- Support the team with vehicle diagnostics and routine maintenance when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MOT Tester
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of MOT testing procedures, regulations, and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship standards
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
