Fertiliser Sales Representative - Central Belt of Scotland - Agricultural Sales - Recycled & Organic Fertiliser Products - £35,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus Scheme
The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and personable Fertiliser Sales Representative to join the team covering the Central Belt of Scotland. This is a predominantly field-based role, focused on building strong relationships with farmers and agricultural customers, identifying opportunities, and growing sales across a broad fertiliser portfolio. While office facilities are available, the successful candidate will spend much of their time on farm and can work from home when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and agricultural customers
- Selling a range of fertiliser products, including recycled and organic fertilisers
- Promoting products such as digestate, compost, distillery by-products, and other nutrient solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing the customer base
- Providing practical advice and support to customers
- Managing sales activity, customer visits, and follow-up communication
- Working closely with the wider team to support customer requirements and product delivery

The business specialises in supplying a wide range of fertiliser products, with a strong focus on sustainable and recycled nutrient solutions including digestate, compost, distillery by-products, and other organic fertiliser products.
With agriculture at the heart of the business, they work closely with farmers to deliver practical, cost-effective nutrient solutions that support both productivity and sustainability.
The Candidate
- Previous experience within agricultural sales or the wider agricultural sector
- Good understanding of farming and the needs of agricultural customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and confident working independently
- Organised and proactive approach to sales activity
- Full UK driving licence essential
The Package:
- £35,000 basic salary DOE
