We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker in Liverpool.
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our clients with complex health needs in their family homes and taking them out in the community.
Most of our clients have conditions such as autism and challenging behaviour, but some also have more complex clinical needs including epilepsy and PEG.
You will work with a client doing consistent shifts every week, building a good rapport with them and giving consistency in care.
Shifts:
- We have the following packages available:
- Clubmoor area: Driver with a car required for this package: Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons (2.30pm-6.30pm)
- Crosby area: Weekdays (Mon-Fri) - Split shifts: Mornings (8am-10am) and Afternoons (2pm-4pm)
- Knotty Ash area: Waking nights (9pm-7am)
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
