What you'll do

As a Thought Leadership Content Manager for Premier, you’ll identify and recommend new and creative ways to engage customers, determine the most effective content formats as well as develop, write and deliver content across multiple channels. You’ll also collaborate closely with relevant teams to manage activities and oversee the execution of content with external partners, freelancers, and agencies where relevant.

In addition, you’ll be:

  • Leveraging the bank’s insights and ideas, while partnering with external thought leaders and agencies to generate increased brand awareness and profile through delivery across multiple channels
  • Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key team leads to shape impactful content
  • Collaborating with internal experts and external agencies to help deliver an editorial and annual thought leadership plan

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with strong marketing, communications, and project management experience, excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail and a proven track record of marketing across multiple platforms, channels, and regions. You’ll also need to bring experience in utilising insights and market trends to drive content ideation and creation, along with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively on complex marketing initiatives that add value and support key business priorities.

In addition, you’ll need:

  • An understanding of web publishing, editing, social media and digital channels
  • Proven professional experience within financial services
  • Budget management experience
  • Campaign and content reporting analysis and optimisation skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • A high level of drive and a personal commitment to success
