• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for behaviour
• Ability to assess, monitor, and raise pupil attainment
• Commitment to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Desirable
• Experience of teaching in a Catholic school or supporting a faith ethos
• Understanding of the principles of Catholic education
• Experience of subject leadership or curriculum development
• A track record of improving pupil outcomes
• Familiarity with phonics and mastery approaches in maths
