Are you passionate about giving children the best start to their education journey? Do you have the vision and expertise to lead excellent early years provision? Join our friendly and supportive team at Lydbrook Primary School as our new Early Years Lead! We believe that a strong early years’ education starts children off on the right path as Together we Learn; Together we Excel.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Lead to teach our mixed reception/year 1 class and oversee our thriving on-site nursery, Robins Nursery. You will take a key role in shaping our early years curriculum, leading a skilled staff team and ensuring every child receives the highest quality education and care.
We warmly welcome applications from candidates who
• have successful teaching experience in early years and/or key stage 1;
• have a passion for early childhood education and child development;
• have high expectations for all children and a commitment to inclusive practice;
• have the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of staff;
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience as a Designated Safeguarding lead (DSL) and/or SENCo is desirable and time will be given to fulfil these roles. Applications are welcomed from those willing to complete training to take on these roles.
