Behaviour Support Worker
Required start date June 2026
37 Hours per week available - 39 weeks per year
Salary Scale C (FTE £25186 - £26244) Actual Salary £21544 - £22449
We are looking for a reliable, highly motivated and committed individual to join a highly successful Pastoral team within our Internal Support Hub. The role will involve supporting students with emotional and behaviour needs to positively engage with the whole school community and to support their academic and personal growth. This role will require communication with a range of stakeholders.
Knowledge and/or experience of working with students who display challenging behaviour is essential, as is a willingness to support them through intervention-leading approaches.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person to make a significant contribution to the raising of student achievement and the positive learning ethos of the College through the development of this role. Full training and induction will be provided.
