Role Overview:
- To process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
- To provide excellent customer service and to adopt the "go the extra mile" policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor deliveries and where necessary track these and advise customers in the correct manner.
- To be able to deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence in a polite and professional manner.
- Monitor, respond and archive all email correspondence.
- To be proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities via Website enquiries.
- Following up on leads and supporting the online business.
- Completing and submitting all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.
- To ensure accuracy in all paperwork, including daily filing.
- Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
- To develop productive working relationships with colleagues.
- To communicate effectively with managers and other departments and colleagues.
- Liaise with other departments within the business.
- Ensure all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for client queries.
- Maintain a professional working environment ensuring that the office is kept clean and tidy.
- To be aware of, and follow, all Health and Safety rules and Guidelines
- To assist with any other duties as reasonably requested by management
Technical Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working within Customer Services is essential
- Previous experience within Order Processing is desirable.
- Must be a strong communicator who can quickly and easily build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Previous CRM experience is desirable.
- Proficient using MS package, (word, excel, PowerPoint)
