Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a designated territory covering the Midlands and Yorkshire, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and exceeding sales targets.
  • Support Key Account Teams in managing hospital and large dental group accounts within the territory.
  • Deliver clinical product knowledge and consultative selling to dental professionals, ensuring compliance with approved messaging and protocols.
  • Regularly visit dental practices, clinical settings, and healthcare facilities, working independently within a structured framework.
  • Complete all CRM activities accurately, including logging visits, processing leads, and updating customer information in Salesforce.
  • Utilise Power BI and other sales tools to track Point of Sale (POS) data within the territory, analysing trends and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market developments, seeking guidance from Clinical Specialists as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device sales, or relevant transferable commercial sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with sales acceleration tools.
  • Excellent relationship-building and professional communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a challenger mindset, demonstrating resilience, positively, and tenacity in achieving goals.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to sales and territory management.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently within a structured environment.
  • Valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly across the designated territory.
  • Right to work in the UK, with no travel restrictions that would impede performance.
  • Basic technical skills, including proficiency with standard business tools and applied product knowledge, to support compliant sales activities.
