They are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team and share in that commitment to exceptional early years practice.

- Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for child development and delivering high-quality early years education
- Someone who embraces outdoor learning and understands the value of nature-rich environments
- Warm, enthusiastic, and reliable with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
- Making the most of the nursery's exceptional outdoor space to enrich children's learning experiences
- Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
- Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's high standards of practice
