Summary
Manufacturing Operatives Required – Burntwood
Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives on behalf of a well-established and busy production site based in Burntwood. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of £13.04
Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
Overtime paid at time and a half and double time
Pay increase to £13.89 per hour after 12 weeks
Ongoing, full-time opportunities with immediate starts available
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and feeding production machinery
Assembly of products and quality checking
Packing finished goods to specification
Manual handling, including lifting items between 20–25kg
Using hand and power tools where required
Adhering strictly to all health & safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience within a manufacturing or factory environment is advantageous
A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual approach
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
