Summary
Prioritising workload through demonstration of high level of understanding of clinical needs and risks to individuals to ensure residents psychological, social and physical needs are met. Ability to work clinically without direct supervision while being able to appropriately raise key safety and clinical risks or concerns Effectively communicate complex information to residents and family members regarding SALT interventions Manage and enable risk within your scope of practice in an unpredictable environment with complex neurological conditions To ensure all records are maintained and stored confidentially and in line with GDPR and HCPC requirements To work holistically as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
