Immediate Start Required
We are recruiting an experienced Estates & Facilities Assistant for an immediate start on a 3‑month contract. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role supporting estates, facilities and operational services across multiple locations.
Key Duties
- General facilities and site maintenance
- Routine compliance and safety checks
- Cleaning, grounds maintenance and site presentation
- Manual handling, room setups and furniture moves
- Internal deliveries, stores cover and logistics support
- Driving service vehicles to move staff or equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, care taking or similar
- Full UK driving licence
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, outdoor work
- Reliable, flexible and able to work independently
- Enhanced DBS required
Contract Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Start: ASAP
- Hours: Full time
- Location: Bedfordshire (multiple sites)
