Summary

We're looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our Kinecx energy team based in Mallusk, Newtownabbey on a fixed term contract



Location: Mallusk, Newtownabbey

Contract: Fixed term contract until April 2027

Hours: 42.5 hours per week



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team on the Kinecx energy contract. As a Planning Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional planning services, ensuring our client's customers are connected efficiently and effectively.



What will you be responsible for?



As a Planning Coordinator, you'll be working within the Customer Service team, supporting them in delivering all planning requirements for connecting customers.



Your day to day will include:

-Coordinating and planning customer connections across your designated area, ensuring all contractual KPIs and SLAs are met

-Accurately completing and maintaining all necessary documentation and paperwork to provide reliable management information

-Managing business-critical applications within set timeframes and tracking daily progress through our internal systems

-Preparing monthly reports and ensuring KPI documentation is forwarded to the client promptly

-Liaising with field engineers and supporting other departments with administrative tasks and general contract coordination



What are we looking for?



This role of Planning Coordinator is great for you if you hold:



-Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word

-Diligent and thorough in review and entry of data onto IT systems

-Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with customers over the phone

-Experience delivering high-quality administration service
