Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Kidderminster
Job Type: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT licence to join a busy warehouse team in Kidderminster on an afternoon shift basis, with the opportunity to become a permanent role.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
12:00pm - 9:00pm (paid until 9:00pm regardless of finish time)

Pay Rate:

£13.30 per hour

Job Duties:

This role is split between forklift driving and general warehouse responsibilities:

75% FLT Work: Operating the forklift truck efficiently and safely to move materials around the warehouse
25% Warehouse Duties: Assisting with tidying up, cleaning, palletising, and ensuring the warehouse is organised
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
Supporting general warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow
About You:

Valid FLT licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to safety and organisation
