About the role
Our client is growing and looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing operations.
What you’ll be doing
• Overseeing goods in and despatch processes
• Coordinating deliveries: checking, booking in, labelling, and storage
• Preparing finished goods and materials for shipment
• Supporting waste management and recycling processes
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met daily
• Working closely with the manufacturing team to meet deadlines
• Loading/unloading and storing goods safely
• Managing stock, despatch notes, and warehouse systems
• Carrying out equipment checks and maintaining records
• Supporting stock takes and off-site storage coordination
• Occasional delivery of goods to suppliers, storage sites, or customers
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of goods in/out processes and health & safety
• Forklift licence and full, clean driving licence
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communicator and team player
• Able to multitask and solve problems in a busy setting
Desirable (but not essential)
• Experience with SAGE 200
• Background in packaging or manufacturing
• Mechanical awareness or machinery experience
