Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
HRGO are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Gardener to join a well-established team maintaining green spaces across Ashford, Kent. This is a hands-on, physically active role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple sites within the local area
- Maintain lawns, beds, borders, and communal green spaces to a high standard
- Carry out mowing, strimming, and edging duties
- Plant seasonal displays and undertake weeding and general upkeep
- Safely operate handheld and powered gardening equipment
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues where required
- Follow all on-site health and safety procedures
Skills & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
