Summary

The Careers & Skills Administrative Assistant provides adaptable, efficient administrative support across the Directorate and works closely with key stakeholders in The Library and Careers & Skills, operating effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to Library and Careers teams, supporting the frontline professional service
  • Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries via various channels
  • Setting up bookable and embedded teaching sessions in our Advantage system and retrieving registers from SteP.
  • Collection, storage and analysis of data from university systems,
  • Setting up events and drop ins, creating displays and preparing appropriate materials
  • Liaison with Library comms to promote our offer
