The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Support classroom management and behaviour strategies
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children (school-based or similar settings preferred)
A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and child development
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
