As a CBT Therapist, you’ll enjoy a varied and rewarding week within a supportive, forward‑thinking service. Your role will include at least one evening clinic (12:00–8:00pm, Monday to Thursday) and a minimum of two days working from the office.
Our current caseload is equivalent to 22 booked clinical contacts per week (pro rata for part time staff), ensuring a manageable workload that supports high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
Alongside delivering assessments and treatment, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to the wider functioning of the team. We are committed to creating a environment where clinicians can develop project management, leadership and supervision skills, alongside strengthening their clinical expertise.
You will bring experience in risk assessment and management, formulation, and evidence‑based treatment of Talking Therapies‑appropriate presentations (i.e. depression and anxiety disorders). If there are areas, you are keen to develop further, we are proud to offer a comprehensive programme of professional development, high‑quality supervision and peer support to help you thrive.
We actively encourage applications from clinicians from diverse backgrounds. We are passionate about building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve, particularly in relation to heritage, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful and supportive workplace for all.
