Deputise for the Executive Director of Strategy & Transformation, providing senior leadership across strategy, planning, transformation and commissioning. Lead the development, delivery and reporting of the Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP), ensuring alignment with national policy, local need and organisational priorities. Drive largescale service redesign and transformation, including shifting care closer to home and ensuring sustainable, safe clinical services. Provide strategic leadership for the commissioning function, overseeing performance, governance and quality of externally provided services. Lead and manage complex multiagency programmes, working closely with Executive Directors, Care Groups, Health Boards, local authorities, Welsh Government and the third sector. Provide credible leadership on partnership working, public engagement and consultation on major service changes. Ensure statutory compliance, effective risk management and alignment across planning, workforce, finance and clinical governance. Manage and develop senior teams, promoting high performance, leadership capability and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
