Summary
To deliver specialist dietetic services to adult patients, with responsibility primarily for the gastroenterology specialist areas across Mid Cheshire Hospitals Trust, as part of the Acute Adult Dietetic Team. To formulate, deliver and monitor nutritional care plans for referred patients. This would include highly complex clinical conditions and diet therapy, across the gastro/medical wards and outpatient clinics To be recognised as an expert source of knowledge in the field of gastroenterology nutrition, contributing to development of clinical guidelines, resources and education packages
