Edinburgh City Centre based | hybrid & home working available (candidates must be able to travel into Central Edinburgh when required)
Full time hours | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday
Temp role for minimum 3 months | potential to be extended
Pay rate of £13.45 per hour + holiday pay (in line with Real Living Wage)

Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Law firm based in Edinburgh City Centre to recruit this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration support on their client on-boarding & compliance function.

This is an initial 3 month contract with strong potential for the role to be extended.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Checking & reviewing of compliance and on-boarding documentation, ensuring any changes are reviewed & signed off
* Requesting & chasing client references, ensuring these are received & logged in a timely fashion
* Cross-checking client names, details & information with Companies House
* Carrying out research on links between clients, entities & company ownerships, flagging issues where appropriate
* Ensuring fee-earners & partners are notified of any changes in client details
* Logging all communications, correspondence & documents onto the company's case management system
* Carrying out data entry across a number of systems, ensuring full accuracy
* Carrying out a variety of other administrative duties as required & directed by the team

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in Administration & Data Entry - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Experience in compliance or on boarding checks would be advantageous, although this is not essential
* Excellent organisation skills & excellent attention to detail - with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively
* Solid IT skills including a good level of competence with MS Office & the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* First class communication skills - both written & verbal
