ROLE: Project Manager
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
LOCATION: Ware, Hertfordshire, 45 Priority Street, SG12 0DJ

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical biased Project Manager to manage the full Project lifecycle in a range of Construction projects within our Facilities.
What are the main responsibilities?
As the leading Project Manager you will manage the construction and facilities projects from conception to completion including the scope, planning, design, costs, and closure of the projects.
Role Responsibilities:
-Meet with Clients to discuss all project scope, timescales and costs.
-Develop and manage projects budgets, schedules and risk assessments.
-Oversee contractor performance, ensuring adherence to H&S and quality standards.
-Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
-Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
-Ensure compliance with GMP and other relevant regulatory standards.
What we are looking for:
-Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing sector.
-Experience leading construction projects, process utilities and automation systems.
-A confident communicator with sub-contractors, clients and stakeholders.
-Financial and Risk management, and HSE understanding / experience.
-Proficient in project management tools and computer skills.
