Summary
Role: Maintenance Supervisor Hours: 40 hrs/weekLocation: Worthing, BN14 8PB

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Operative who will lead a small maintenance team in the delivery of varying fabric repairs and projects, hosting of sub-contractors. This role will also include the multi trade requirement for the completion of reactive helpdesk tickets and the assistance in the completion of project related tasks and other facilities requests.
Role Responsibilities:
-Delivery and oversight of repairs and maintenance to building fabric and plumbing infrastructure across multiply site buildings.
-Delivery and oversight of planned maintenance activities. Orgainisation and onsite hosting of subcontractors
-To support the Tech Services Manager/helpdesk and Technical Services Coordinator with regards to the allocation of Planned and Reactive work orders.
-Day to day management of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance and capability, taking the necessary and appropriate actions to address any inappropriate behaviour or low standards, with support and advice.
Required Qualifications:
-Qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a plumbing or mechanical trade.
-Previous experience of working in other trades or a similar role is desirable
-Strong customer service experience.
-Experience of PDA and PC technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential
