We are seeking a proactive and resilient Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced service delivery environment, supporting the effective coordination of cleaning operations across Banking and O&P sectors.​

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, manage a high volume of requests, and remain focused on ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who thrives under pressure, is confident managing multiple priorities, and communicates clearly and professionally.​

Working within a small, experienced team, the Service Coordinator plays a key role in reducing operational risk, supporting colleagues, and contributing positively to ISS’s service delivery reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate and coordinate work across cleaning teams within the Banking and O&P sectors

Manage reactive service requests by logging, accepting, and routing tasks accurately

Oversee planned works, client queries, and Out of Office responses

Process and prioritise a high volume of emails (circa 500–600 per day) efficiently

Allocate jobs appropriately to in-house field cleaners or subcontractors

Update clients clearly and accurately on actions taken and job progress

Handle telephone and email enquiries in line with agreed processes and SLAs

Take ownership of queries to ensure effective and timely resolution

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in a similar role managing tickets, queries, or high-volume inboxes

Confident using systems and navigating computer-based workflows

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Spreadsheet / Excel knowledge is beneficial

Experience gained through temporary or agency roles will be considered

Able to work in a fast paced environment
