The Role
We are seeking a proactive and confident Conveyancer to join our residential property team. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion/post-completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
Handle freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.
Deal with new build transactions (including off-plan).
Conduct title checks, searches, and draft contracts.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties.
Utilise Case Management Systems and Land Registry portals.
Ensure compliance with CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme) protocols.
About You
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a conveyancing fee-earner.
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX (or equivalent experience).
Confident managing a full caseload autonomously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent client care skills and commercial awareness.
