Summary

Hazel Tree Education are currently recruiting for a confident and highly organised School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Liverpool as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recent school-based experience who is looking to take the next step in their education career within a busy and supportive school environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office, providing essential administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the school office
Using SIMS confidently for pupil data, attendance, and records
Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally
Supporting attendance monitoring and pupil reporting
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date school records
Providing general administrative support to senior leadership and teaching staff

Essential Requirements:

Recent experience working within a school environment
Strong working knowledge and experience of SIMS
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

This is a full-time, term-time only role plus 10 additional days, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive school community in Liverpool.
