Warehouse Operative – Operations

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support our wider Operations function within the Warehouse & Logistics Team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in everything from goods-in and stock control to assembly, testing, and global dispatch—playing a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receiving, unloading, and booking in goods accurately
Maintaining stock accuracy using ERP systems
Picking and moving stock across warehouse locations
Supporting assembly and build of IT equipment (including high-spec systems)
Configuring, testing, diagnosing, and repairing hardware
Packing and shipping orders to customers globally
Carrying out inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
Operating FLT (if licensed) and supporting warehouse movements
Ensuring all work meets SLA, quality, and safety standards
Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working environments

Are you confident using ERP systems or stock control processes to manage inventory accurately?

Are you comfortable working both independently and as part of a team?
(Bonus) Do you hold a Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or have experience operating warehouse equipment?
