Summary

We are a provider of Schoolwear and we have a temporary job opportunity for an Office Admin Assistant. The job would be 3 days a week with option for overtime and would be a temporary contract for 4 months.
Ideally, we require a start date of around 18th May

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone
• Process and manage customer orders
• Create and update sales orders accurately within internal systems
• Maintain and update the online shop, including product listings and information
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the team

Skills & Experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Essential
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities- Essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy - Essential
• Confident using a computer and Microsoft office software word and excel - Essential
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment – Preferred
• Previous customer service or administrative experience Preferred
• Sage software experience for sales orders and invoicing – Helpful
