You'll be the calm, steady presence in the room - supporting learning, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping young people stay on track. If you've already worked as a TA in a school setting, you'll know exactly how rewarding (and lively) this role can be.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting teachers in managing behaviour and engagement
- Working 1:1 or with small groups to keep students focused
- Helping create a positive, structured learning environment
- Building strong relationships with pupils who need that extra encouragement
What we're looking for:
- Previous TA experience in a school (essential)
- Confidence in behaviour management
- A patient, resilient, team‑focused approach
- Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting young people
