Job Title: 1:1 Primary Learning Support Assistant
We are delighted to be working with a well-regarded and welcoming mainstream primary school in Enfield (EN1), currently seeking a full-time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team with an immediate start.

- Position: Learning Support Assistant (1:1 SEN Support)
- Location: Enfield, EN1
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, temporary (until July 2026, with potential extension)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (term time only)
- Pay: From £90 per day
In this role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 in the UK
- Up-to-date safeguarding training (within the last year)
- Strong understanding of supporting pupils with SEN
- A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
- Provide two professional references covering the last two years (child-related)
- Access to accredited CPD courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management
- Ongoing support from an experienced in-house Training and Development Team
