We are currently seeking a Day Centre Coordinator to join our dedicated team at The Hub Day Centre in Manchester. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping the daily experiences of adults with Special Educational Needs and Learning Disabilities.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Day Centre
- Plan and deliver structured, person-centred activities that promote life skills, independence, and wellbeing
- Support individuals to achieve outcomes aligned with their care and support plans
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, social workers, and therapists
- Provide guidance and support to support workers and volunteers
- Deputise for the Day Centre Manager when required
