Please see the job description & person spec for a full overview, a summary is below: Plans, develops and delivers high quality training programmes relating to substance use, mental health, trauma informed practice and co occurring conditions, ensuring content is evidence based and aligned with organisational priorities. Supports the development and delivery of CPD accredited training programmes, maintaining fidelity to accreditation requirements, course structure and assessment standards. Coordinates the internal training programme, including scheduling, communication, resource planning and evaluation processes. Identifies workforce development needs across services, analysing gaps and proposing training solutions, business cases and development plans in line with budgetary requirements. Develops and maintains the organisations commercial training offer, including course design, client engagement, delivery and evaluation. Prepares high quality training materials, digital resources and learning content suitable for diverse audiences and learning styles. Provides expert advice to managers and teams on training solutions, workforce capability and development pathways. Maintains professional competence and subject matter expertise through ongoing CPD, reflective practice and engagement with national guidance.
