Summary
Main Duties and Tasks Continued: Please note for a specific detailed job description for this vacancy please see attached job description Commissioning Groups, Mental Health Teams, Courts, Police, Patients and Relatives. To liaise with internal staff across ward area that includes all disciplines. In conjunction with the Senior Discharge Co-ordinator/Admin Team Leader to participate in annual appraisal, identify own self-development and training needs. All activities will be covered on a rota basis, particularly during short periods of absenteeism e.g. annual leave, sickness or training.
