Summary
Job Overview
-Responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows and glass surfaces around the commercial premises of Bluewater Shopping Centre , ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety at all times.
Main Duties
-Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces (internal and external)
-Use appropriate tools such as squeegees, water-fed poles, ladders, or access equipment
-Remove dirt, grime, and stains safely and effectively
-Follow health & safety procedures, especially when working at height
-Inspect windows for damage and report any issues
-Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in good working order
-Provide excellent customer service when on-site
What we are looking for
-Requirements:
-Previous cleaning or window cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
-Ability to work at height and in various weather conditions
-Good attention to detail
-Physically fit and able to handle manual work
-Knowledge of health & safety practices
-Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Skills:
-Time management and reliability
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Good communication skills
Working Conditions:
-Outdoor and indoor work
-Use of ladders, harnesses, or elevated platforms
