⦁ Tooling & Setup: Select and set up appropriate tooling and machine settings to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
⦁ Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic maintenance on manual turning equipment to ensure machines are running at peak performance. Troubleshoot any issues with machinery and components as they arise.
⦁ Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
⦁ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including repair reports, reverse engineering documentation, and job timings.
