Summary
Rota Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the right medical professionals are in the right place at the right time, helping to deliver the high standard of care our patients deserve. We are seeking a diligent, confident, and highly organised individual who can multitask effectively, work well under pressure, and provide excellent customer service to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with departments across the Trust, maximising support and ensuring efficient rota management at all times. A strong understanding of the medical workforce, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience using Excel and electronic systems are essential. You should be motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
The Rota Coordinator Office operates five days a week, with the following hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Joining our team means becoming a key part of a service that keeps our clinical workforce running smoothly. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact every day, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We are an award-winning NHS Foundation Trust working alongside health and social care colleagues across the county to provide acute and community healthcare services to more than 420,000 people across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, and parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
We put the patient at the heart of everything that we do and it is our aim to make sure that every patient is treated as we would want a member of our own family to be treated. At the same time, we expect our staff to be caring, kind and courteous to each other and to look out for each other. We believe that we are truly a clinically-led organisation.
We are proud that our Trust colleagues have voted us the best acute Trust to work for in the East Midlands for seven years running in the National NHS Staff Survey, while the Care Quality Commission has rated our Trust as ‘outstanding’ for care and our King’s Mill Hospital as the only ‘outstanding’ NHS-run hospital in the East Midlands.
