Summary
As a highly visible member of the Divisional Leadership Teams, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be pivotal in Financial reporting, forecasting, business cases and Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) for a Complex Division. Providing the necessary assurance to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and the rest of the Executive Team through the Executive assurance governance structure.
The Senior Financial Business Partner will lead a small team of Business Partners, working closely with the Management Accounts team to deliver comprehensive support, accurate and prompt reporting, while leading discussions on financial sustainability.
This is a fast paced, demanding role, that needs the applicant to be prompt with communication, accurate, use initiative and lead financial discussions - experience on this role is essential.
The main duties of the job include:

• Pricing and costing
• Advice, guidance and financial leadership
Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills are essential, and will require on site presence in the divisional teams. Experience in a similar face paced, high profile job is essential
