Summary
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service and coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The post holder will be aligned to a specific clinical team but is also required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to other teams on various sites as directed by Locality Admin Co-ordinator to ensure continuity of a quality service.
The Pennine Network is looking for a Team Administrator to join our Blackburn with Darwen CMHT on a full time, permanent basis. You will have excellent customer service and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages, be skilled or prepared to train in live minute taking and possess a good telephone manner.
The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality clinical administrative service.
The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer service procedures applicable to this role. The post holder will need to be a team player with strong communication skills.
